Procedure For Mantra Siddhi -

This is a Siddha Vashikaran Mantra for all, For Mantra Siddhi Chant this Mantra 108 times in a auspicious day like Holy, Diwali, Worshiping lord with Light a flame, incense.  Offer coconut, lime,and jaggery.

बारा राखौ, बरैनी, मूँह म राखौं कालिका।
चण्डी म राखौं मोहिनी, भुजा म राखौं जोहनी।

आगू म राखौं सिलेमान, पाछे म राखौं जमादार।
जाँघे म राखौं लोहा के झार, पिण्डरी म राखौं सोखन वीर।

उल्टन काया, पुल्टन वीर, हाँक देत हनुमन्ता छुटे।
राजा राम के परे दोहाई, हनुमान के पीड़ा चौकी।

कीर करे बीट बिरा करे, मोहिनी जोहिनी सातों बहिनी।
मोह देबे जोह देबे, चलत म परिहारिन मोहों।

मोहों बन के हाथी, बत्तीस मन्दिर के दरबार मोहों।
हाँक परे भिरहा मोहिनी के जाय, चेत सम्हार के।

विधि -उक्त मन्त्र स्वयं सिद्ध है तथा एक सज्जन के द्वारा अनुभूत बतलाया गया है। फिर भी शुभ समय में १०८ बार जपने से विशेष फलदायी होता है। नारियल, नींबू, अगर - बत्ती, सिन्दूर और गुड़ का भोग लगाकर १०८ बार मन्त्र जपे।

Power of Beej Mantra

The word 'mantra' is very ancient and widely practiced all parts of the world in their religious culture. Reference to found in the oldest Vedic scriptures, which are claimed to be more than 5,000 years old.

Mantra is a sound, syllable, word, or group of words that are considered capable of "creating transformation" These sounds were revealed to Rishis and other pure beings in psychic states or in very deep meditation, when all consciousness of the self was lost and when nothing but inner light shone in front of them.They are mystical formulas that may be recited or sung and are often repeated many times.

Mantra do not have any specific meaning. Their power is not in the words themselves, but in the sound vibrations created when the mantra is uttered verbally or when it takes form in the mind and is not expressed in the voice.

Beej Mantra-

Beej Mantras are seed mantra. The word 'BEEJ' is a sanskrit word, which mean in english 'SEED'. Each deity has a specific Beej mantra. Every 'Beej' mantra is full of POWER and there are various Beej mantras and every Mantra have with its own power. When the 'Beej' mixed with other mantras, they provide Extra Power to that mantra. 

Basic Beej mantra is "Om" and its further expanded into the following types of 'Beej '......
  • Vog Beej ,
  • Tejo Beej, 
  • Shanti Beej and 
  • Raksha beej, 
which are respectively known as - aim, hreem, sreem, kreem, kleem, dum, gam, glaum, lam, yam, aam or um or ram.

There are some one word beej mantras which are consists of a single letter and Some Bija-Mantras are made up of compound letters, such as the Mantra Hreem, Their meaning is subtle and mystical. The form of the Bija-Mantra is the form of the God ( Devata ) signified by it.

Every Beej' Mantra have a elements in five elements, namely either, Fire, Earth , Air, Water, and Sky, are Ham, Yam, Ram, Vam and Lam respectively. 

For example - Brim is the Bija of  Brihaspati-Mantra and Raam of  Lord Rama-Mantra, 

How to chant 'Beej' Mantra :

First you have to concentrate and then start chanting mantra 'OM'. The “Om” word helps you to concentrate you mind and the mantra in itself helps to invoke the higher powers This procedure helps you to taking your soul above materialistic world, also connecting you to the supreme Power. Bhramari Pranayama

Procedure for Bhramari Pranayama
Sit in a suitable relaxed posture like Padmasana  or Vajrasana .and press your tragus with your thumb  Place your index fingers on the forehead and let the remaining 3 fingers close your eyes. Inhale through both the nostrils, taking a real slow deep breath. Keep your mouth closed and begin slowly exhaling, making humming sound of a bee like “hmmmm”.Feel your body releases impurity from your body and experiencing positive energy.

Sanskrit word “Shirsha” means head and “aasana” means pose. This posture known as headstand posture. Sirsha-asana is an extremely powerful for physical and mental benefits. For its overall effect on the whole body, it is called the "king of asana".

Procedure -
  1. Sit on Vajrasana position and interlock the fingers of both hands and and place them on the extra padding on the yoga mat. Slowly place your head in middle of  two palms.
  2. Lift your both legs upwards and keep it straight while practicing this asana You can take help.
  3. In this position breathe normally for 15 to 20 seconds or more if you can.
  4. Now slowly  come to starting position by lower down your legs one by one.
  5. Repeat this for 3-4 cycles.
You can practice it for 1 minute to a maximum of 5 minutes in the beginning. After good practice you can increase duration. It really all depends on your level. In the beginning try it for 1 minute. If you feel comfortable then increase time.

Benefits of Shirshasana (Headstand Pose)

Halasana ( Plough pose ).

“Hala” means “Plough” and ‘asana‘ ‘means ‘Pose‘. So it is called as Halasana ( Plough pose ). In this pose body makes shape like Plough. Halasana inrease our body flexibility and strengthens the spine as well as  the back muscles.

Steps as follows -
  1. Lie on your back.as straight and join the legs together. Relax the whole body as usual.
  2. Keep both palm flat close to body on the ground and breathing normally.
  3. keep exhaling and press the palm on ground , raise your both legs upwards
  4. After that try to touch the both legs in ground just behind.
  5. Keep Breathe slowly and hold the posture for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Now slowly return to Shavasana.
  7. Repeat this procedure 3-5 times.
Benefits of Halasana.
  1. Strengthens the abdominal muscles and improves digestion and appetite.
  2. Those people should do this regularly it beneficial for diabetic
  3. It make spinal cord strong and flexible also effective in weight Loss.

In Yoga 'Bhujangasana' is also known as cobra pose. This is one of best exercise for those who suffering from a stomach disorder, back pain, spinal cord problem, , respiratory disorder and over weight.

Procedure to do Bhujangasana (Cobra pose)
  1. Lie straight in stomach and feel comfortable.
  2. Joint the legs like that knees of both the leg together and touches each other.

  8. In this position. hold your breath for 10 / 15 sec, Do not try hard.
  9. After holdin 10 / 15 sec, exhale slowly and bring back your stomach, shoulder and head to starting position.
  10. Repeat this procedure  for 3-5 times daily.

Pawana muktasana

Pawana means Wind and Mukta means Removing, for that in Sanshrit this pose is called as Pawan muktasana, ( Wind Removing Pose ). It is beneficial to cure acidity, gas problems and poor digestion. Regular practice of  Pawanmuktasana help to stimulate bowel movement which is very necessary for removing waste material.
Procedure to do of Pawanmuktasana
  1. Lie down on your back and keep the legs straight lift your right knee on an exhale.
  2. Inhale slowly and Lift your legs and bend it in the knee. Bring upwards to the chest till your thigh touches to stomach
  3. Wrap your hands around the knee.
  4. Hug your knees in place and lock your fingers.
  5. Hold this position for 20 to 30 seconds.
  6. Breathe out and raise your head towards your knee. Release.
  7. Repeat on the other side.Do this several times.You can also rock to and fro if you like.
  1. It is better to start with the right leg because that way you will press against the ascending colon first and the descending colon second.
  2. Practice 3 to 5 cycles each day.
  3. This is very beneficial for stomach abs. The results are very impressive.

This aasana gives a backward bend to the backbone. As the name goes, the pose looks like a plough.

  1. Sellect a open place for aasana and spread there a soft clothes or blanket.
  2.  Lie down on it in the usual way.
  3. Place both hands on the sides in the usual way, palms facing the ground/
  4. Raise both the legs evenly without bending when the legs are raised the hands should not be taken from the ground.
  5. Making a curve of the spine bring the toe towards the ground away from the head.
  6. Bring the legs further so that the toes touch the ground.
  7. Breathe slowly during asana, then come to the original position.
This asana can be practiced in three stages. At the first stage raise the legs half way. Then in the second stage give a bend to the spine so that the toes are nearer to the ground. In the third stage touch the ground with the toes.

There is another variety, which is rather difficult. As in pachamothasana hold the toes with the fingers.

Benefit of Halasana
  1. This aasana gives power in spinal region gets much benefit if you do it as a routine.
  2. If you feel lethergy, Halasana give you extra energy. 
  3. Halasana removes lethargy. 
  4. Halasana also effective in Chronic constipation. 
  5. Wind trouble in stomach will go away. 
  6. Liver trouble will be cured.
Due to physical shape, some may not be able to take the legs, towards back position. Such persons can adopt this easy way. After lying down raise both the legs to the possible extent giving a gap of two feet or so from the ground. Then bring the legs to the original position. Repeat this same six or eight times. This form of practice will enable to bring the legs toward back.

Ardha Matsyendrasana

  • Ardha  means Half
  • Matsya means Fish
  • Indra means King
  • Asana means Posture
So this Asana is called as Ardha Matsyendrasana. Basically it is effective in strengthening the spine and bringing flexibility.

Steps for Ardha Matsyendrasana
  1. Sit in vajrasana position or sit straight with stretching your legs in front of you.
  2. Bend your left leg and try to touch your feet to your right buttock as shown in the above image.
  3. Bring your right leg outside of the left knee. Touch your feet to the ground. Keep your spine erect.
  4. Exhale and turn your upper body to the right. Hold your right feet with left hand and place your right hand behind you are on the ground as shown in the above image.
  5. Breathe normally and hold this posture for 20 to 30 seconds. After practicing you can hold this posture for 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Now release this posture and repeat this cycle with bending right leg and bringing left leg outside of the right knee. (Twisting the opposite direction).

Precautions for Ardha Matsyendrasana.
  1. Always avoided during pregnancy and periods.
  2. Person's in Heart problems and abdominal surgery, never try to do this postures.
  3. Also who are suffering from severe spinal problems suggested should not practice it.
Should be done under expert guidance and consult a doctor before practicing any exercise.

It is said many saints acquired super natural powers by sitting in this asana. Perhaps an account of this the name has been given as such. “Siddhi” means super natural power. Stout persons find this asana easy.

  1. Spread a blanket or any comfortable cloth in a open place .
  2. Sit over it in the usual way.
  3. Place the heel of one leg just below the anus.
  4. Place the heel of the other leg below the generative organs. See that the generative organs are not pressed.
  5. In this pose the joints of the two heels will be just touching each other.
  6. By a continued practice for a fortnight or so it will be easy.
  7. The hands may be placed in chin mudra style.
  8. Then come to the original position.
Benefits of Siddhasana:

Practice of this asana helps in concentration and clarity of mind. It improves memory, digestion and the faculty of the mind. It is beneficial to those suffering from wet dreams.

In the previous asana the near portion of the backbone was give a bend. By this asana the upper portion of the backbone is given a bend. The correct position of this asana will look like a serpent raising its head.


  1. Place a blanket folded lengthwise.
  2. Lie down on the blanket gently facing the ground.
  3. Give a relaxed condition of the body.
  4. Place the hands on the sides, palm facing the ground.
  5. Raise the head and chest.
  6. It will be noticed that the backbone is given a backward curve at the beginning portion.
  7. Gently come to the original position.

Do like this some six or seven times. In the previous position the legs and the head was raised but in this only the head is raised.

Benefits of Bujangasana

Akarshana Dhanurasana

This is slightly different from Dhanurasana but also easy then Dhanurasana. The name describes that this is like a string of the bow with the arrow on it ready for hit.

  1. Fold a blanket lengthwise and place it over the ground.
  2. Stretch the legs asusual.
  3. With the left hand fingers catch the right leg toe.
  4. Slowly bend the left leg till it comes near the chin.
  5.  In this position the thigh will be near belly.
  6. Like this, by the right hand catch the left toe. Make a twist of the elbow towards back. The two legs will be in cross- position.
  7. Practice the same in the alternate position.
